To maintain structure during discussion, I ensure that I speak with clear and decisive voice, so that my students can hear my instruction regardless of where they are in space. I speak with confidence, I make sure to leave all shyness behind before I face my students. This approach is vital in a physical education setting I often teach in big space. Since my coopering school has majority Muslims students, they have their different ways how to pray, I choose a student to lead the prayer, and as a sign of respect to their religion I just bow my head. I always set to my mind to be mindful about their culture and religion practices. After the prayer, I always let them warm-up and do the stretching before the skills demonstration.
I guide the students through a warm-up and stretching routine to prepare their bodies for physical activity ahead. By counting 1-10 in specified areas that needed to be stretched. After the stretching, I ask the students to run two laps around the entire court to warm their bodies and fully engaged before skill demonstration. By performing these essential warm-ups, it ensures that my students will instill and continue the routine of stretching before and after they do a physical activity.

1.2 Time Management and Organizing Activities
I am the kind of person who always organize my time, I make it a habit to list down the task I need to do in a day by setting an alarm and creating my to-do-list so that I will be guided of the things I need to accomplish, it ensure that I don’t overlook anything important. On weekdays, meaning there is always a class, I always wake up very early to prepare myself and to prep the things I need to bring. Since my classes starts at 7:30, I make sure to be at school at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time. This 20-minute allotted time allow me to prepare my class, gather the sport equipment I need in a lesson.
I always make sure that I use my time wisely in preparing for my lesson. I believe that each second you spend in a class is valuable. I assure that I utilize my class time by delivering clear and precise instruction, explain the ideas and concepts thoroughly, and giving effective skill demonstration. I prioritize on keeping my class collaborative and actively engaging, so that time we spent learning would be effective.

In organizing the student’s activities, particularly in physical education where the majority of activities involve sports activity or physical activities, I ensure that everyone can perform or participate regardless of the strength and capacity level of my student. To organize activities, I have conceptualized a simple yet effective grouping system so that everyone can participate, I ask the students to count from 1-2 and divide them to two teams ensuring fairness and maintain and well-organized environment.

1.3 Problem Solving

In problem-solving situation, the first step that I always do is to find the root-cause of the problem. Grade 7 and Grade 8 are sometimes easily distracted by excitement in playing sports, resulting to lose focus during my discussion and demonstration of skills. As a result, when it comes to individual performance they sometimes forgot or rely on their teammates. Because of this problem, I changed my set up, instead of giving them the sport equipment- which they are excited to use, I do not let them use the equipment not until I finish discussing the concept of finish performing the skill.
Another problem that I encountered while staying in my cooperating school was the strict dress code. If you are a teacher or a student, you are not allowed to wear any shirt or uniform not unless it’s long sleeve or below the elbow. While you are not also allowed to wear skirts, not unless below the knee or fit pants or slacks, everything must be proper and cover.
1.4 Classroom Management
Classroom management is one of the cornerstones to have an effective and organize class. In managing my class, I always ensure that I give my students a clear and concise instructions. Giving instructions in a bilingual school like Kesatuan Bangsa was never my problem because majority of my students knows how to speak English and understand English very well.

In managing activities, I ensure the safety and comfort of my students by reminding them of safety rules- especially for sports that required equipment. I used check list and clear routine and it one of the effective ways of maintaining cleanliness and order while giving the students a sense of responsibility. As a future educator, I aim to manage a classroom where the students feel safe and collaborative in a sense that every is organize and engage.
